Warbirds Restoration
We have nearly 28,000 original technical drawings for the Spitfire, Hurricane and Lancaster aircraft as well as a number of other types.
These original manufacturers technical drawings and plans are now readily available to help you produce the most accurate restoration or modeling project.
Copyzone Archiving Ltd, a UK company, have worked with the Lincolnshire's Lancaster Association to scan, index and archive this archive as part of their efforts to preserve the aviation history of the period.
We have also processed around 100 Warbird Manuals (English and German).
We later added around 25,000 B-24M Liberator and 120 FW190 drawings.
Some of these drawings and Manuals are available to buy online with the remainder available via email.
Take a look at some samples from our catalogue:
- B24 Drawing Sample (350k)
- FW190 Drawing sample (175k)
- Manual sample (130k)
To search for a particular item, download our catalogue in .pdf format from the respective page, locate the drawings your require then email us to order.

Drawings will be sent as tiff files, within 2 working days of your order being accepted. Should you require paper versions there will be a small additional charge for printing and they will be dispatched by airmail.
Our plan is to continually expand our drawings database. If you have any drawings of any Warbirds and would like to discuss the sale or exchange of them we would love to hear from you.
We aim to compile an authoritative collection of drawings to serve Warbird Restorers worldwide.
Lastly, how can we improve our service?
We welcome feedback from all our visitors.

Does anybody know of any original Spitfire plans for sale. That is, the original paper blueprints not photocopies.
Thanks

As a member of the Stirling Aviation Society I know that we are desperate for any information that can be found on this bomber. Shorts destroyed all the original plans and our technical team are brilliantly trying to reproduce these from any scraps of material or informative sources they can find.
As the designer of the Stirling memorial plaque unveiled last year in Mildenhall museum I and others are keen to receive help from whatever source in their ambition to rebuild a complete Stirling.
