Yesterday I heard the excellent news that Paul Blackah – Chief Technician at The Battle of Britain Memorial (our first customer) has been awarded the MBE. Many congratulations, Paul.
We are donating two of our Mk IX Spitfire Posters to the Aviation Museum in Krakov, Poland.
If you know of any other museum or charity who could benefit from a similar offer, please let us know.
Following the interest aroused by the Hurricane armaments drawings we have now assembled a pack of General Arrangement drawings for the Hawker Hurricane including several for the Sea Hurricane which may well be of interest.
There are a total of 13 drawings in the pack. As always, they are archived versions of the original manufacturers drawings all providing essential information for anyone aiming to produce an authoritative scale model.
You can find the list of technical drawing details in the Hurricane Drawings list.
We have received around 100 drawings relating to Hurricane armaments (weapons, gun mountings etc).
If you have an interest in any of these Hurricane gun mounting and similar drawings (and know the drawing number that you want), please email me – ian@copyzone.co.uk
