<p>One of our clients is building a front centre section and simultaneously restoring all navigation equipment of the Lancaster. They were able to fire up the complete system recently.</p>
<div id="attachment_171" class="wp-caption alignleft" style="width: 205px"><a href="http://warbirdsrestoration.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/26/lancaster-flap-indicator/Lanc_Flap-indicator.gif" class="thickbox no_icon" rel="gallery-166" title="Lanc_Flap indicator"><img class="size-full wp-image-171" style="margin: 5px;" title="Lanc_Flap indicator" src="http://warbirdsrestoration.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/26/lancaster-flap-indicator/Lanc_Flap-indicator.gif" alt="Lancaster Flap Indicator" width="195" height="111" /></a><p class="wp-caption-text">Lancaster Flap Indicator</p></div>
<p>It has taken about two years to do so and it is working very well and by turning around the test elaboration (which is on wheels) they can see the Air Position Indicator and the DR Compass repeater react in the proper way. Also the Variation Setting Corrector is incorporated in the system and works properly.</p>
<p>Only the Ground Position Indicator has yet to be connected, it also has been restored completely, which was a hell of a job to do.</p>
<p>If anyone is able to help to find a flap indicator from the Lancaster Pilot&#8217;s Instrument Panel then please get in touch using the <a href="http://warbirdsrestoration.com/contact/" title="Contact">Contact</a> page.
